The duo set up WGT Auto Developments when they were made redundant. With a small amount of redundancy money they set up in a single unit at the Beaver Centre London Road Northwich and a couple of years later they added the adjoining unit to their expanding business. From the start Pip & Dave were determined to provide an excellent level of customer care, by ensuring customers received their personal attention. In august 2002 that care was rewarded when WGT as one of Northwich’s longest established independent garages were awarded the Golden Spanner by Cheshire Trading Standards. When customers first visit WGT they meet Jean Kiernan (Office Manager) who has a wealth of experience in customer care and will discuss with you your needs and ensure you meet if required the technician responsible for any work undertaken on your vehicle. Jean is ably assisted by our receptionist Gillian Wardley. Alongside Pip & Dave who have 60 plus years of combined experience are Darren & Andrew Motor Vehicle Technicians and Chris Wakefield (Trainee technician) ensuring your car receives the care and attention it deserves.
